Stellar Performance Medical is a cash-pay medical clinic, which allows us to provide more personalized, high-quality care without insurance limitations. We do not bill insurance directly, but we can provide a superbill upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Do you offer cash-pay options?
Yes. All services are offered with transparent cash-pay pricing, which will be reviewed with you prior to treatment.
Is financing available?
Yes. Stellar Performance Medical accepts CareCredit, which allows qualified patients to finance eligible medical services. Our staff can provide more details during scheduling or at your visit.
Do you treat both men and women?
Yes. We treat both men and women, and we proudly provide inclusive care, including services for transgender patients.
Does Stellar Performance Medical offer same-day appointments?
Same-day appointments may be available depending on provider availability. We recommend contacting the office as early as possible to inquire.
Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
Appointments are required to ensure timely and efficient care. Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed.
Is there a deposit required to book an appointment at Stellar Performance Medical?
Yes. A $50 credit card deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is applied toward your visit.
What is your cancellation or no-show policy?
Stellar Performance Medical requires at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit.
How long is a typical appointment at Stellar Performance Medical?
Initial visits: 30–60 minutes
Follow-up visits: 15–30 minutes

How soon will I see results?
Turnaround time for lab results or radiology reports is typically 48–72 hours, depending on the test. Your provider will review results with you once available.
Do you require labs before starting treatment?
We ask all patients to bring any recent or past lab results from previous providers. Depending on your medical history and goals, additional labs may be ordered as medically appropriate.
How are labs handled?
Labs may be drawn in-office or ordered through a third-party lab. Any associated costs are reviewed in advance.
